Ciao Green Private Limited ("Ciao Green", "we", "us"), GSTIN 29AAHCC0631M1ZJ, registered at Bhive HSR, 1794/36/3, 27th Main Road, 2nd Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, is a commercial interior design and build firm with offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurugram. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

2. What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect: your name, company name, mobile number, optional work email, city, approximate space size, and any project description you share. We also automatically receive non-personal technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and UTM parameters for marketing analytics.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To schedule a site visit or design consultation.
• To send service-related updates about your project.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• To improve our website and services.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only with vetted processors required to deliver the service: Zoho Corporation (CRM), Google LLC (Analytics, Ads), Meta Platforms (advertising), and any team member at Ciao Green directly working on your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Lead enquiries are retained for 24 months unless they convert into a project, in which case we retain records for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for statutory compliance.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act

You have the right to access, correct, erase or limit the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ciaogreen.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies & tracking

We use first-party and third-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising attribution (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or via your browser settings.

8. Security

All form data is transmitted over HTTPS. Data at rest is stored in Zoho CRM (India data centre) under their security and compliance controls.
